By subscribing to TheCorporateOffice.info, the subscriber (also known as you or your) is agreeing to the following:

You agree to have a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the B2B Sales Leads, for the purpose of business to business sales prospecting only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Use of the B2B Sales Leads for a purpose other than for their intended purpose is a violation of this agreement and minimum damages of $20,000.00 USD will be paid by you to TheCorporateOffice.info as well as all court approved legal fees incurred by TheCorporateOffice.info.

Once you have selected a subscription option, it is your responsibility to fulfill the requirements of your selection.

Because one can begin their subscription at any point during a given month, monthly means from the day you subscribed to the same day of the following month, less one day (June 15 to July 14). Monthly does not mean the first day of a given month to the last day of that same month (June 1st to June 30th) unless of course you started your subscription on the first of the month.

B2B Sales Leads are emailed Monday through Friday. If your subscription date ends on a Sunday, that previous Friday was the last day of your subscription.

Once the minimum subscription requirements are fulfilled (3 months), you can canceled at any time.

Canceling your subscription will cease all future charges, but you will continue to receive the B2B Sales Leads for the required duration of you last payment.

Upon canceling, there are no prorated or any other refunds for the current month period for which you have already paid.

At any time during your subscription, if TheCorporateOffice.info believes that your actions are in any way counter productive to the business goals of TheCorporateOffice.info, TheCorporateOffice.info can choose to end your subscription and/or take any legal action against you deemed reasonable without terminating any of the provisions and remedies provided TheCorporateOffice.info contained in this agreement.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and any actions of enforcement will take place in the courts of Travis County.
